Danny Robins
Danny Robins is an award-winning British writer, broadcaster and journalist. Last year, he created The Battersea Poltergeist, a podcast series for the BBC that combined drama and documentary to tell a real-life ghost story, starring Toby Jones and Dafne Keen. It became a global phenomenon – the #1 Drama Podcast across the whole world, with more than 3.5 million downloads and counting – sparking a bidding war for the TV rights. Danny is now adapting it with Hollywood producers Blumhouse. The series recently won the Gold Award for Best Serialised Podcast at the 2021 New York Festivals Radio Awards.
Hannah Price
Hannah is Creative Director at Layered Reality, Co-Artistic Director of The Kings Head with Mark Ravenhill, a theatre director and Founder and previous Co-Artistic Director of Theatre Uncut. She also works across immersive events, VR and video games. Her work on video game CONTROL helped earn a record breaking 11 BAFTA nominations. She was Resident Assistant Director at the Donmar Warehouse in 2012-2013.
Robbie Butler
Originally from Ireland and based in the UK, Robbie is one of only a handful honorary life members of the Association for Lighting and Production Design. Having trained at the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland, he has won an Off West End award for Best Lighting Design and was also the winner of the 2015 ETC Award.
Adrienne Quartly
Over the last two decades, Adrienne has been working as a sound designer/composer, both nationally and internationally for live performance. She was part of the team behind the Olivier Nominated Production of Cuttin’ It (Young Vic Theatre), best new play nomination at the UK theatre awards for Black Men Walking (Eclipse Theatre), and a nomination for best production at the Manchester Theatre Awards for Rose, starring Dame Janet Suzman (Home, Manchester).
Tahra Zafar
Tahra studied Theatre Design at Central St Martins. With over 25 years of experience, she runs a Creature and Costume Effects business, Tahra Zafar LTD, bringing together teams of freelancers and businesses for project specific collaboration. Working across the creative genres of theatre, live events, film and television, Tahra creates creatures, characters, space costumes, aliens, giants, animals, puppets and costumes for worldwide productions and clients. For the London Olympic and Paralympic Opening and Closing Ceremonies 2012, Tahra Headed up the Costume, Hair and Make-up department, overseeing the manufacturing of 23,000 costumes for the four events.
Simon Reveley
After graduating from Bournemouth Film School, Simon began his career creating media for live events before co-founding his first interactive design agency which, among other achievements, won the British Interactive Media Association award for innovation and in 2008 delivered a major, touring immersive experience featuring Virtual Reality for the British Army.
Rosie Jones
Rosie works internationally as a creative director, producer and artist, across video games, VR, theatre and screen, most recently as Voiceover Director on Nintendo's latest game, releasing September 2022. As a Performance Director for Remedy Games, credits include Crossfire and CONTROL: The Foundation. Rosie regularly produces drama for Audible Theatre, including a collaboration with the National Theatre. She has developed productions for the Royal Shakespeare Company, RHS Wisley, the NHS and the V&A museum, and frequently directs at the Rose, Kingston.

Michelle Asante is an award-nominated actress who has received critical praise for her wide-ranging performances across film, television and theatre. Pieter Lawman trained at RADA. Most recently he has been recording audiobooks and providing voices for various videogames.

Sam graduated from LAMDA in 2019 and has since worked extensively on stage, screen and audio - most notably appearing in Netflix’s ‘Vikings: Valhalla’ and Audible’s ‘The Sandman’. Sam has a lifelong passion for history and has loved being part of an immersive historical experience, especially one which explores such an important story from the past.
Taqi Nazeer
Taqi is a multi-disciplinary artist and continues to work with many of the UK’s leading theatre companies as a performer and script developer. When he is not on stage or in front of a camera, Taqi is a playwright and is currently under commission for two new exciting plays geared towards South Asian audiences. He is also a podcast producer and created, produced and presented the hit podcast ‘Scotistan’ for the BBC Asian Network. His most recent television credits include ANNIKA (Alibi TV), SHETLAND (BBC) and The Control Room (BBC).

Oliver Nazareth Aston graduated from Mountview in 2020. Georgie Beerman
Georgie trained at Rose Bruford College, studying European Theatre Arts, allowing her to additionally study abroad in Prague. For the past three years, Georgie acted in Layered Reality's other immersive Production of 'Jeff Wayne's The War of the Worlds: The Immersive Experience'. Last November, Georgie was filming for a feature film 'The Abomination' which will be on Amazon Prime later this year. Other than acting, Georgie also enjoys writing her own short films. She is represented by You Management.
Haydn Burke
Haydn Burke grew up in Solihull in the West Midlands. Always with a love for performing as well as a keen interest in sports and History. Which he was very happy to merge in this project particularly linking the history with the performing element.

Joseph Martin
Previous work: Jeff Wayne’s The War of The Worlds: The Immersive Experience, Sir Quentin Blake’s ‘The Green Ship’. In 2017 Joseph co-founded theatre company Awkward Productions with actor Linus Karp. He lives on socials @suddenlyjoseph.

Angus grew up in Somerset and discovered his love for acting at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival. He went on to train at Rose Bruford College. He is extremely excited to make his professional debut in The Gunpowder Plot.

Curtis is an actor and singer/songwriter from The Lake District and found his love for theatre at the Brewery Arts Centre, Kendal as part of the Brewery Youth Theatre group. He performed for 3 years with British Youth Music Theatre UK before attending the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama.

Fern-Louise is a Nottinghamshire born actor. She trained at LAMDA and The Oxford School of Drama, graduating with a degree in Professional Acting in 2020. You can also see Fern perform in Jeff Wayne’s The War of the Worlds: The Immersive Experience (Layered Reality). Her TV credits include 'Maladie Alike' in Joss Whedon’s The Nevers (HBO) and the Masterbrand Ident Commercials (Channel 4).
Daisy Tucker
Daisy studied at Mountview. She has professionally performed in 'The Creature', at the Rose Theatre, Kingston and semi-professionally performed in 'Alice in Winterland' and 'The Snow Queen', also at the Rose Theatre. Additionally, she is experienced in immersive theatre, performing in 'Beast Quest' at Hampton Court Palace. Daisy is extremely excited to join 'The Gunpowder Plot' team.

Gabriel is an actor and composer based in London. A graduate of Identity School of Acting, his credits include X&Y (Lyric Hammersmith), Jeff Wayne’s War of the Worlds, The Immersive Experience (Layered Reality) and Bridge Command (Parabolic Theatre).
