Covid-19 Safety

We're keeping all the COVID safety measures below in place until further notice. This is for your peace of mind when visiting the venue, and for the safety and wellbeing of all our guests and team members.

We have implemented a range of health and safety measures to reduce the risks associated with COVID-19 that are in line with government advice and the requirements of local health authorities.

  • Guests are required to wear a face covering inside the experience until further notice (unless exempt).

  • Capacity is limited to 12-16 people per performance in a 20,000 square foot fully air-conditioned venue spread over 3 levels.

  • Hygiene screens will be in place around the venue to ensure there is a safe distance between guests and team members.

  • Our Virtual Reality headsets are sanitised after every usage.

  • Guests will be asked to stay in their parties throughout the experience.

  • We allow additional space between our actors and our guests.

Table service at our main bar ensures that you can have a drink with your party in a relaxed, seated environment.

ADDITIONAL SAFETY MEASURES

  • Installation of hand sanitising stations around the venue and experience.

  • QR code menus in our bars to reduce the number of high-frequency touch points. Disposable condiments will also be provided.

  • Enhanced cleaning measures, throughout the day, which seek to disinfect high-frequency touch points.

  • Self-clean antimicrobial technology is used around the building on doors, handles, bannisters and safety rails.

  • Face shields and hand sanitiser stations for team members. The use of such equipment by our team members is both to protect them and our guests.

  • Our team members participate in COVID-19 training instructing them how to stay safe, as well as how to keep our guests safe.

BEFORE VISITING

  • Please book your tickets online in advance via our website.

This safety measure remains in place to protect both our guests and team members. It is not a requirement for face coverings to be worn in the main bar or interval bar.
